Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of ATM units to ensure proper functioning and promptly report issues to the maintenance team.
• Perform maintenance tasks including cleaning and restocking ATMs with cash and necessary materials.
• Maintain accurate records of ATM transactions, cash withdrawals, and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with the technical team to resolve discrepancies and technical malfunctions efficiently.
• Monitor ATM performance metrics such as uptime and accessibility, reporting findings regularly.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth ATM operations and respond quickly to service requests.
• Assist in compliance with safety and regulatory requirements related to ATM operations.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in maintenance or customer service roles is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively under pressure.
• Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Familiarity with ATM systems and financial equipment is a plus.
• Previous experience in banking or technology sectors is beneficial but not mandatory.

Compensation: ₹20,000 per month.
