Telemarketing Specialist Job in Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Indumathy is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to drive sales growth and expand our customer base by engaging potential clients and promoting our services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote products and services.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of company offerings to engage clients effectively.
• Build rapport with potential clients to nurture long-term relationships and maximize conversion rates.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries to ensure high satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement telemarketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Track and report sales metrics, including call volume, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
• Participate in team meetings to share insights and strategies for improving performance.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in telemarketing or sales roles preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Prior customer service experience is advantageous.

This role reports directly to the Sales Manager and benefits from a supportive team environment focused on collaboration and innovation. The salary for this position is ₹20,000 per month.
