Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote products and services.
- Build strong product knowledge to engage effectively with potential clients.
- Develop rapport with prospects, nurture lasting relationships, and support sales conversions.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Work with the marketing team to develop and deliver campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Track and report call volume, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
- Share insights and performance-improvement ideas in team meetings.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
