Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote Indumathy’s products and services, targeting a high conversion rate. Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our offerings to engage clients confidently and effectively. Build rapport with potential clients to nurture long-term relationships and maximize sales opportunities. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, ensuring excellent satisfaction and retention. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to design and implement telemarketing campaigns aligned with company goals. Track and report key sales metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, and customer feedback to optimize performance. Participate actively in team meetings to share insights, strategies, and contribute to continuous improvement. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
