Responsibilities
- Manage complex disputes, including breach of contract, shareholder disputes, business torts, and fraud claims.
- Develop litigation strategies and oversee pleadings, discovery, motions, trial preparation, and settlement negotiations.
- Lead appearances in state and federal courts, arbitration, and mediation, including hearings, depositions, and trials.
- Advise clients on risk, exposure, and dispute resolution strategies, and build long-term client relationships.
