About the role
We Are Legal Revolution is seeking an employment attorney to join its firm in Miami as it expands in South Florida. The firm operates across the country and represents Fortune 500 companies, national businesses, and longstanding clients.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic outside employment counsel and primary legal advisor to corporate clients, providing day-to-day and strategic guidance across employment law.
- Advise on and manage employment disputes from early risk assessment through resolution.
- Advise clients on policies, procedures, and regulatory developments to help anticipate and mitigate legal risk.
- Oversee the preparation and negotiation of employment contracts, settlement agreements, policies, and tribunal documentation.
