Key Responsibilities Lead and support audit assignments including internal audits, SOX compliance audits, and internal control reviews to ensure organizational integrity. Perform detailed financial analysis by verifying books of accounts and reviewing supporting documentation to maintain accuracy and compliance. Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, identifying control gaps and potential risks to mitigate financial discrepancies. Prepare comprehensive audit reports, working papers, documentation, and presentations that clearly communicate findings to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and statutory requirements to uphold regulatory standards. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to gather audit information and resolve queries efficiently. Assist in implementing audit recommendations and follow up to ensure corrective actions are completed timely. Utilize MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other audit software effectively for data analysis and reporting. Demonstrate flexibility to travel and commute within Bengaluru as required by audit schedules. What We're Looking For Required: 0 to 4 years of experience in auditing, with exposure to internal controls and SOX audits preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification. Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with diverse teams. Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with audit software tools. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Preferred: Background in Chartered Accountancy (CA) or related finance certifications. Resourceful, proactive approach with a quick learning aptitude. Experience in preparing audit documentation and reports that meet professional standards.
