Audit Manager – Abu Dhabi

We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee audit engagements from planning to completion in accordance with the firm's audit methodology. Prepare and review financial statements to ensure compliance with IFRS and local regulations. Lead and develop audit teams, providing training and mentorship to junior staff members. Identify and assess risks and develop audit plans that appropriately address potential issues. Communicate audit findings and recommendations clearly to clients, helping improve their processes and controls. Stay updated on changes in legislation and accounting standards, ensuring the firm remains compliant. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and ensure efficient service delivery. Required and preferred qualifications CA or CA Inter qualification is required. Proficiency in IFRS and UAE VAT regulations is essential. At least 5 years of relevant audit experience, ideally within a reputable audit firm. Experience with financial analysis and risk assessment techniques.
