Audit Manager – Abu Dhabi

We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through to completion, ensuring compliance with IFRS and UAE VAT regulations. Perform detailed reviews of financial statements and working papers to provide constructive feedback and support to team members. Identify and evaluate risks, delivering recommendations to management for improvements on internal controls and compliance issues. Manage relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring a seamless audit process. Prepare and present audit reports to senior management and stakeholders, summarizing findings and advising on potential courses of action. Coordinate with other departments within the firm to ensure cross-functional collaboration throughout the audit process. Mentor and guide junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team. Required and Preferred Qualifications CA or CA Inter qualification is mandatory. Minimum of 5 years of audit experience, preferably within a Big Four firm. Proficient knowledge of IFRS principles, UAE VAT, and relevant audit regulations. Familiarity with audit software and tools, including ERP systems. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively.
