Job description
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred or required, depending on company policy. Experience: At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in internal or external auditing. Prior experience in supervising or leading an audit team is an advantage. Familiarity with financial reporting standards, internal control systems, and risk assessment procedures. Must be Amenable to work on site in San Juan City Skills: Strong knowledge of auditing principles, practices, and regulatory requirements. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Proficient in audit and accounting software applications (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, CaseWare). Strong leadership and team management abilities. Effective communication and report-writing skills. Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy.
