Auto Claims Adjuster

Tasks

• Investigate and manage auto insurance claims from initial investigation through resolution.
• Handle auto liability, disputed liability, and comparative negligence cases.
• Evaluate vehicle damage, repair estimates, and physical damage settlements.
• Manage total-loss claims, vehicle valuations, and settlement negotiations.
• Document and process claims using Guidewire ClaimCenter.
• Maintain an active claims inventory and deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recent auto claims adjusting experience.
• Hands-on experience with auto physical damage claims and repair-related settlements.
• Strong knowledge of auto liability investigations, coverage disputes, and comparative negligence.
• Ability to independently manage claims through resolution.

Schedule

• Onsite initially.
• Work onsite in Phoenix for the first 3–4 months, followed by a hybrid schedule.
