Pay and New-Hire Bonus
The starting hourly base rate is negotiable. Eligible new hires can receive guaranteed weekly bonus payments during the introductory employment period, totaling up to $800. Technicians may also earn weekly performance-based bonus payments tied to services performed, in addition to their hourly rate.
What You’ll Do
