About the role

An Audio and Video Conferencing Specialist or AV Engineer/IT Support ensures seamless real-time communication, virtual meetings, and hybrid collaboration across corporate conference rooms and software platforms.

Tasks

• Install, configure, and maintain conference room hardware, including displays, cameras, microphones, speakers, and control panels.
• Monitor, set up, and provide live technical assistance for high-profile meetings, town halls, and webinars.
• Diagnose and resolve audio feedback, video dropouts, network connectivity, and hardware failures.
