Are you an experienced Back of House (BOH) Support Engineer with hands-on CrunchTime production support experience? We're looking for a skilled professional to support enterprise restaurant operations in a fast-paced QSR environment. Must-Have Skills: Hands-on CrunchTime Production Support (Mandatory), Inventory, Labor, Operations & Reporting Modules, L2/L3 Production Support, POS Integrations, Incident Management & RCA, SQL & ServiceNow, Restaurant Technology / QSR Experience. Preferred: Wireshark, PuTTY & Network Troubleshooting, Android/iOS Device Support, Power BI / Tableau, Experience supporting large QSR brands.
