E-commerce Back Office Operations Associate – Kolkata

Toile (Sustainable Fashion Platform) is hiring an E-commerce Back Office Operations Associate in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. This full-time, on-site role supports the day-to-day operations of Toile’s online store and helps keep order, inventory, and product data accurate.

Responsibilities

• Process orders, track shipments, coordinate with designers, and manage returns.
• Maintain product listings and inventory, and accurately enter and update SKU data.
• Coordinate with customer service to resolve questions and issues involving orders, payments, and deliveries.
• Work with the e-commerce team to improve internal processes and streamline workflows.
• Help implement website promotions and discounts.
• Follow company policies and maintain accurate transaction records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, e-commerce, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce back office operations or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, plus experience with e-commerce platforms.
• Knowledge of inventory management and order processing systems.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Interest in sustainability and ethical fashion.
