As we expand internationally, we are strengthening our team in India and seeking a skilled Back Office E-commerce Specialist in Kolkata to ensure smooth online store operations and efficient management of back-end tasks. Key Responsibilities Perform daily administrative tasks related to the e-commerce platform, including order processing, shipment tracking, coordination with designers, and handling returns. Maintain and update product listings and inventory with accurate data entry for all SKUs. Collaborate with the customer service team to address inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, payments, and deliveries. Work closely with the e-commerce team to improve internal processes and streamline workflows. Assist in implementing promotional campaigns and discounts on the website. Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain detailed records of all transactions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in an e-commerce back office or similar role. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and experience with e-commerce platforms. Knowledge of inventory management and order processing systems. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within teams. A passion for sustainability and ethical fashion is highly valued.
