Bharti Global Gateway Placement Service is hiring a full-time Bank CASA Relationship Officer in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. In this customer-facing banking role, you will build client relationships, support current and savings account acquisition, and deliver reliable service while contributing to sales and branch growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with prospective and existing customers to understand their banking needs.
- Promote CASA products and identify opportunities to attract new customers and build long-term loyalty.
- Guide customers through account opening and onboarding, providing accurate information at each step.
- Respond to customer questions and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Work toward sales targets that support branch performance and profitability.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
