Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly targets.
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members to create customized insurance solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Organize and participate in promotional events to enhance brand visibility and client outreach.
• Train and mentor new sales team members on best practices and product knowledge.
• Prepare and present sales reports to management, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in financial services or insurance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients effectively.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork capabilities.
• Familiarity with sales strategies and techniques.
• Knowledge of insurance products is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience preferred.
