Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly targets.

• Work with colleagues to recommend insurance solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Participate in promotional events to increase brand visibility and reach potential clients.
• Train and mentor new sales team members on product knowledge and sales best practices.
• Prepare sales reports, review performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
• Sales experience; experience in financial services or insurance is preferred.
• At least two years of sales experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with sales strategies and techniques; insurance product knowledge is an advantage.

Team and Reporting

You will report to the Sales Manager and collaborate with sales colleagues, marketing, and customer support. The team works together to meet shared goals and provide a positive client experience.
