Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate in any stream.
• Excellent communication, sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with sales and CRM software tools.
• Previous telesales or customer service experience preferred.
• Understanding of banking industry practices and customer engagement strategies is an advantage.

The role reports directly to the Sales Manager and encourages collaboration with marketing and customer support teams to ensure comprehensive customer satisfaction.
