Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to introduce and promote IDFC Bank products and services.
- Understand customer needs and recommend relevant offerings.
- Work toward monthly sales targets using effective sales and negotiation techniques.
- Record customer interactions and transactions accurately in the relevant database or CRM.
- Provide helpful customer service and support customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the sales team and share customer feedback and insights.

Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
