Barista

Join us in creating an exceptional café experience at AOTO CAFE.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Barista Qualifications at least 1 Year of experience working as a Barista. Experience in Specialty Coffee is a plus.
- Having a bartender experience is a plus.

SKILLS
- Knowledgeable in espresso preparation and coffee brewing methods
- Skilled in operating and maintaining espresso machines and coffee grinders
- Able to follow the standard recipe of the Café
- Basic knowledge of milk steaming and latte art
- Familiar with coffee shop cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards
- Ability to communicate with customers in both English and Filipino.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced café environment
- Capable of handling cash and POS transactions
- Willing to learn, and be trained to improve coffee preparation and service skills

ATTITUDE
- Good teamwork and ability to work well under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
