We're looking for an experienced Barista to join our team and contribute to our mission of quality, service, and customer satisfaction. This full-time, on-site position offers a consistent Monday through Thursday schedule from 7:30am to 2:30pm, providing a great work-life balance and opportunities for career development within the hospitality industry. Key responsibilities include preparing quality beverages, maintaining cleanliness, engaging customers, operating equipment, managing inventory, processing transactions, collaborating with team members, and assisting in training. Required qualifications include minimum 1 year barista experience, strong coffee knowledge, excellent communication, and reliability.
