Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages with precision and care. Engage with customers, taking and processing their orders with a friendly demeanor. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area and equipment. Ensure the quality of every drink meets our high standards. Control inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth, efficient service flow. Handle cash and credit transactions with accuracy and maintain register cleanliness. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven experience or strong passion for coffee brewing. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Familiarity with Coffee Brewing techniques preferred.
