Key Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso-based drinks and specialty coffee using precise espresso calibration and manual brewing techniques.
• Welcome customers, recommend beverages, and share knowledge of coffee origins and preparation.
• Prepare food and brew tea to support a complete café experience.
• Manage inventory and help maintain the freshness and availability of coffee and ingredients.
• Train and mentor new team members while encouraging collaboration.
• Create latte art and maintain high standards for beverage presentation.
• Multitask effectively while delivering consistent quality and service.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with espresso calibration and manual brewing methods.
• Knowledge of coffee origins, preparation methods, and specialty coffee.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Effective time management and multitasking skills.
• Café experience and food preparation skills are preferred.
• Staff training or mentoring experience is a plus.

Schedule and Team

This is a full-time, on-site position in Irving, TX. You will work alongside baristas and café management and report to the Café Manager, who will support your professional development.
