Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages, ensuring precise espresso calibration and mastery of manual brewing techniques. Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers, making recommendations, and demonstrating coffee knowledge. Assist in food preparation and brewing tea, enhancing the overall café experience. Perform inventory management duties to maintain stock levels and freshness of coffee and ingredients. Train and mentor new staff, fostering a positive learning environment and promoting teamwork. Create beautiful latte art, elevating the presentation of beverages and delighting customers. Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and consistency. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent. Experience in espresso calibration and manual brewing techniques. Strong knowledge of coffee, its origins, and preparation methods. Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor. Proficiency in multitasking and managing time efficiently. Experience in training and mentoring staff is a plus. Prior experience in a café environment preferred, with strong food preparation skills. As a Barista Specialist, you will work within a supportive team structure, including fellow baristas and café management.
