Role Overview: The client is seeking a Virtual Assistant – B2B Outreach & Lead Generation Specialist to support business development through targeted prospecting and B2B outreach, lead generation, and CRM data management. This is a specialist role rather than a general virtual assistant position. The immediate priority is to build and maintain a consistent outreach pipeline, identify qualified prospects based on defined criteria, conduct organic outreach, and ensure lead attraction is accurately captured in the CRM. As the business grows, the role may expand to include additional social media, operations, or project-related responsibilities based on the VA’s skill set and performance.
