Paid Indirect Supervision
Direct BCBA Career Track
Role: Transition from direct RBT care to supervisory responsibilities—assist with FBAs, program development, parent training, and mentor junior RBTs while preparing to sit for your BCBA exam within 6–12 months.
Requirements: Master's degree in ABA/Psychology, 2–3 years of RBT experience, currently accruing supervised fieldwork hours, and planning to sit for the BCBA exam in 6–12 months.
