Beach Wedding Setup Team

Tasks

• Set up and break down beach ceremony equipment, including chairs, arches, and décor
• Help prepare ceremony spaces and assist with event coordination
• Communicate professionally with couples, guests, and team members
• Work outdoors at beach locations in changing weather conditions

Requirements

• Availability to work Saturdays and other scheduled weekend events
• Reliable transportation to assigned event locations
• Ability to safely perform the essential lifting, carrying, setup, and breakdown duties of the role, with reasonable accommodations where applicable
• Dependability, punctuality, and professional communication
