About the role
At Pinkventures, the Beauty Consultant Sales Consultant assists clients with their skincare needs by recommending aesthetic services. The role also involves promoting services and sourcing customers to visit the clinic.
Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to determine their skin type and skincare concerns.
- Recommend products or services that fit clients’ needs, preferences, and budget, and explain their benefits.
- Sell services and products, demonstrate how to use products, and encourage customers to return.
- Respond to customer questions and complaints.
- Make sales, process returns, and maintain a balanced cash register.
- Plan and take part in branch clinic events.
- Handle administrative and clerical duties, including ordering stock and maintaining customer relationships through follow-up calls and mail.
- Handle sales and meet quotas and objectives.
- Complete other tasks that may be assigned.
