About the role

The Cookie Jar - GMA is hiring a Bedford Manager to oversee and participate in baking and production processes, support day-to-day kitchen operations, and build a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train staff, hire employees when required, and schedule staffing.
• Order and manage inventory, oversee production, and help meet production goals and staffing and labor efficiency goals.
• Oversee and participate in preparing cookie dough, baking cookies, preparing brownies and desserts, and following recipes accurately.
• Ensure consistency and quality control across baked products and recipes.
• Assist with recipe preparation, production planning, and day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Provide customer service and handle opening and closing duties.
• Maintain cleanliness and standards and help build a positive team environment.
