Job description
Mind Mingles is hiring a Senior SEO Executive for a full-time, on-site role in Delhi, India. In this position, you will help strengthen the company's online presence, improve search visibility, and grow organic traffic. You will report to the Head of Digital Marketing and collaborate with content writers, graphic designers, developers, and other cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize on-page and off-page SEO, including technical SEO and content.
- Run regular SEO audits and recommend actionable improvements.
- Use Google Analytics and other SEO tools to monitor performance and prepare reports.
- Lead link-building initiatives and content optimization efforts.
- Work with cross-functional teams to apply SEO best practices across marketing activities.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, information technology, or a related field.
- Three to five years of experience in SEO or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in on-page SEO, off-page SEO, link building, technical SEO, and content optimization.
- Experience with Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical skills and a sound understanding of search engine algorithms.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Compensation and Work Arrangement
- Salary: 23000 per year
- Schedule: Full-time
