Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase website visibility and drive targeted organic traffic. Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to uncover new growth opportunities and optimize content focus. Optimize on-page SEO elements including meta tags, headers, and content structure to improve search rankings and user experience. Manage off-page SEO efforts such as link-building initiatives and outreach campaigns to enhance domain authority and referral traffic. Perform regular SEO audits using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz, providing actionable insights to improve website health and performance. Utilize Google Analytics and Search Console to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track campaign success, and generate detailed reports for stakeholders. Collaborate closely with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital channels. Stay updated on the latest search engine algorithm changes and industry trends to maintain competitive advantage. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field. 3-5 years of proven experience in SEO or digital marketing roles. Strong proficiency in On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Link Building, Technical SEO, and Content Optimization. Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, and Ahrefs. Excellent analytical skills with a deep understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors. Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate across departments.
