Key Responsibilities Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues in both English and Spanish. Provide accurate and detailed information about products and services. Monitor customer satisfaction and report on key performance indicators regularly. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory. Strong customer service and communication skills. Technical proficiency with a PC having at least 8GB RAM.
