Key Responsibilities Provide professional hair cutting, styling, and treatment services to clients in both English and Spanish. Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized approach to hairstyling. Keep up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques to offer clients cutting-edge styles. Maintain cleanliness and organization of styling stations and salon facilities in accordance with health and safety standards. Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and collaborate on salon promotions. Achieve performance metrics related to client satisfaction, service quality, and sales targets. Required and preferred qualifications Proven expertise in hair cutting and styling techniques. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a must. Thorough understanding of hair care products and services. Valid cosmetology license preferred but not required. 1-3 years of experience in a salon setting is desirable, though candidates with less experience may be considered with the right skills.
