Job description
Rancho Reposo is hiring a full-time Bilingual Horse Tour Assistant/Guide in the Ocala, Florida area. Based in beautiful Morriston, this role guides visitors on engaging, educational horse tours in English and Spanish while helping create a safe, welcoming experience.
What You’ll Do
- Lead horse tours and communicate clearly with guests in English and Spanish.
- Explain the therapeutic benefits of horses and equine therapy practices.
- Help keep guests and horses safe and comfortable during tours.
- Assist with preparing and grooming horses before tours.
- Welcome participants with a friendly, engaging approach.
- Work with the team to improve tour experiences and safety practices.
- Gather visitor feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, equine therapy, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience.
- Tour guide or related experience preferred.
- Knowledge of equine behavior and care is a plus.
- Basic First Aid certification is desirable.
