Key Responsibilities

• Lead guided horse tours, communicating fluently in English and Spanish.
• Educate visitors on the therapeutic benefits of horses and equine therapy techniques.
• Ensure safety and well-being of guests and horses throughout tours.
• Assist with horse preparation and grooming before tours.
• Maintain a friendly, engaging attitude with all participants.
• Work collaboratively with team members to improve tour quality and safety.
• Gather and report guest feedback to enhance tour experiences.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Equine Therapy, or related field.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience as a guide or in a related role preferred.
• Knowledge of equine behavior and care is a plus.
• Basic First Aid certification desirable.
• Minimum 2 years customer service experience.
