About the role

Kristy Cecil Morgan is seeking a Bilingual Staff Performance Coordinator to support associates and the client, workforce needs, and communication with client leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an onsite contact for associates and the client.
  • Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and new-hire orientations.
  • Monitor attendance, performance, and workforce needs.
  • Coach associates and address performance or attendance concerns.
  • Assist with payroll, timekeeping, and workforce reporting.
  • Maintain strong communication with client leadership.
  • Help resolve employee and workforce issues quickly and professionally.
  • Support safety initiatives and associate engagement.
  • Work across multiple locations or accounts as needed.

Requirements

  • Bilingual English/Spanish.
  • Staffing, recruiting, HR, warehouse, logistics, or operations experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ownership and follow-through.
