Job description
Towne U.S. is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Atlanta, Georgia team. This full-time role involves assessing, developing, and implementing behavioral interventions for individuals facing behavioral challenges. You will work collaboratively to make a meaningful impact on clients and their families. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs. Apply evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to modify behaviors and promote skill acquisition. Train, supervise, and support behavior technicians and staff in intervention implementation. Monitor client progress through data collection and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated care. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with ethical and legal standards. Provide ongoing consultation and support to families and caregivers to encourage skill generalization. Required and Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field. Current Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and team members. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges is preferred. Join our multidisciplinary team and contribute to delivering comprehensive behavioral care.
