Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Raleigh, NC

Rick Phillip is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Raleigh, North Carolina. This is a remote-eligible role offering the opportunity to provide effective, evidence-based behavioral therapy and support positive outcomes for clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess clients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Supervise and train registered behavior technicians (RBTs) and other team members.
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate treatment effectiveness and inform decisions.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and adjust strategies based on client progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavior analysis or a related field.
• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and practices.
• Experience developing individualized treatment plans for clients with diverse needs.
• Proficiency with data analysis software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• At least two years of experience in a similar role is preferred.

Team and Reporting

Work within a collaborative, supportive team and report directly to the Clinical Director. The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and provides opportunities to contribute behavior analysis expertise while learning from experienced professionals.
