Job description
Rick Phillip is seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our supportive and collaborative team in Raleigh, North Carolina. This full-time role offers the opportunity to deliver effective behavioral therapy and interventions, making a meaningful impact on clients and their families by promoting positive behavioral changes and enhancing quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and continuously monitor client progress.
- Collaborate closely with families, educators, and multidisciplinary professionals to provide holistic support.
- Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Engage in ongoing data collection and analysis to evaluate and improve treatment effectiveness.
- Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to review client progress and adjust intervention strategies as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field.
- Current BCBA certification is mandatory.
- Experience developing individualized treatment plans for clients with diverse behavioral needs.
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and best practices.
- Proficiency with data analysis software to support treatment monitoring.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Preferred minimum of 2 years experience in a similar BCBA role.
