Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Raleigh, NC

Rick Phillip is seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our supportive and collaborative team in Raleigh, North Carolina. This full-time role offers the opportunity to deliver effective behavioral therapy and interventions, making a meaningful impact on clients and their families by promoting positive behavioral changes and enhancing quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and continuously monitor client progress.
• Collaborate closely with families, educators, and multidisciplinary professionals to provide holistic support.
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Engage in ongoing data collection and analysis to evaluate and improve treatment effectiveness.
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to review client progress and adjust intervention strategies as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification is mandatory.
• Experience developing individualized treatment plans for clients with diverse behavioral needs.
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and best practices.
• Proficiency with data analysis software to support treatment monitoring.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Preferred minimum of 2 years experience in a similar BCBA role.
