Job description
Manage daily bowling & entertainment operations. Lead, train & schedule staff. Handle bookings, parties & events. Ensure excellent customer service. Oversee safety, cleanliness & equipment. Handle POS, cash, inventory & daily reports. Resolve customer concerns professionally. Requirements include 3+ years hospitality experience, management/supervisory experience preferred, strong leadership & communication skills, organized, reliable & customer-focused, available evenings, weekends & holidays. Bowling/entertainment experience is an asset.
