KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee overall branch operations, including sales, inventory, abovebook, and logistics.
• Lead the team in achieving sales and operational targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Manage and develop branch personnel.
• Resolve account, sales, and operational concerns.
• Monitor branch performance and report management.
• Maintain customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Manage branch resources and expenses effectively.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• With proven experience in Branch Management, Sales and Operations.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Results-oriented and target-driven.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
