About the role
Confidential is seeking a Building Admin Technician to perform building maintenance and administrative technical support.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of building facilities and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues.
- Ensure proper upkeep of assigned facilities and coordinate repairs when needed.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to maintenance activities.
Requirements
- Male preferred.
- Experience in building maintenance or facilities management.
- Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs.
- Hardworking and reliable, willing to do field work, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Willing to be assigned in Marilao, Bulacan or Pampanga.
- Must have own motorcycle and a valid driver’s license (Pro/Non-Pro).
- Can start ASAP.
