Job description
Tasks
- Document current-state (As-Is) business processes, workflows, roles, systems, and pain points.
- Develop future-state (To-Be) process flows using Microsoft Visio.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops with business and technical teams.
- Prepare executive-level PowerPoint presentations highlighting options, risks, and implementation requirements.
- Research policies and procedures and prepare summaries using Word and Excel.
- Identify gaps between current and future-state processes to support implementation planning.
- Maintain documentation, decision logs, action items, and version control.
Requirements
- With state Client exp.
- Operating Model Design
- Business Process Mapping (As-Is / To-Be)
- Advanced Microsoft Visio
- PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Stakeholder Management & Workshop Facilitation
- Process Improvement & Implementation Planning
- Strong Analytical and Communication Skills
- Executive-Level Reporting
- Preferred: Medicaid or Healthcare Experience
- Health and Human Services (HHS)
- Public-Sector Modernization Projects
- Change Management & Organizational Readiness
- New York State Government Experience
