We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a cross-functional Customer Solutions product team and support the delivery and enhancement of digital solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis, Agile delivery, requirements gathering, and software testing experience, with the ability to work closely with business and technical teams.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, document, and clarify business and functional requirements.
Translate business needs into technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Facilitate discovery sessions, requirements workshops, and refinement meetings.
Develop process flows and document current-state and future-state processes.
Act as the Business Analyst point of contact for an Agile product team.
Identify requirements gaps, dependencies, risks, and downstream impacts.
Collaborate with Product Owners, UX/design, QA, developers, stakeholders, and vendors.
Support functional validation, issue analysis, and production implementation.
Develop and execute manual test scripts and test cases.
Support functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, and UAT testing.
🔹 Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience with IT systems/projects, including Business Analyst experience.
3+ years of Agile software development experience.
Hands-on experience with Zephyr Scale, Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
Strong requirements analysis, process mapping, and documentation skills.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to independently manage priorities in a fast-paced product environment.
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Salesforce CRM implementations and enhancements.
Experience testing customer-fa
