Business Analyst 4/Scrum Master

Hiring: Business Analyst 4 / Scrum Master — Columbus, OH (Onsite) | Contract
We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst 4 (Scrum Master) to join a high-priority government-sector engagement in Columbus, Ohio. This is an onsite contract role — locals strongly preferred.
What you'll do:
• Gather requirements, map workflows, write user stories, and groom the product backlog
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives — and coach the team on Agile best practices
• Bridge business goals and developer actions
• Document business needs, system specifications, and clear acceptance criteria
• Design test scripts, use cases, and traceability matrices linking code behavior back to business rules
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), run functional/regression tests, and log defects
• Connect end-users and developers to clarify ambiguities and confirm alignment.
What we're looking for:
• 10+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role
• Active Scrum/Agile certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
• IIBA certification (CBAP/ECBA)
• 10+ years creating requirement templates, business processes, use cases, and user stories
• 10+ years developing/documenting/automating test cases, QA, and performance testing
• 4-year college degree or equivalent
• ITIL Foundations (preferred).
Nice to have:
• Salesforce experience
• Azure DevOps
• Copado
