Job description
Requirements
- Strong experience in Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering.
- Expertise in BRD, FRD, Functional Specifications, and User Stories.
- Knowledge of Process Mapping, SDLC, Agile, and Scrum.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Visio, Excel, and Tableau.
- Experience coordinating UAT, testing, and deployment activities.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Banking / Financial Services experience is highly preferred.
- CBAP / PMI-PBA certification is a plus.
