Job description
Phân tích, thu thập yêu cầu khách hàng. Viết BRD, SRS, User Story, Acceptance Criteria. Vẽ BPMN, Flowchart, Use Case; Wireframe cơ bản. Phối hợp với Dev/QC/Design theo Agile/Scrum. Tham gia UAT, nghiệm thu dự án. Yêu cầu: 3–4 năm kinh nghiệm BA trong lĩnh vực IT/Software. Thành thạo Jira, Confluence; hiểu SQL, API. Tư duy logic, giao tiếp và truyền đạt tốt.
