Business Analyst

Tasks

• Perform data analysis on business and operational data to identify trends, patterns, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with business stakeholders, underwriting teams, and technology teams to deliver strategic initiatives and process enhancements.
• Support automation, reporting, dashboard development, and data-driven decision-making initiatives across underwriting operations.
• Coordinate with geographically distributed teams to ensure successful project delivery, operational stability, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and analyze operational KPIs, SLOs, quality metrics, productivity reports, and dashboards to drive performance improvements.
