Tasks
- Gather and document business requirements.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and UAT activities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
- Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Excel, and process mapping.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Work Authorization: GC | USC | OPT EAD
Pay
- $40–$55/hour
