Business Analyst

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in Business Analysis, business operations, or a related analytical role.
• Strong experience analyzing business and operational data to identify trends, patterns, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Ability to provide data-driven recommendations to improve underwriting performance and operational efficiency.
• Experience partnering with business stakeholders, underwriting teams, and technology teams.
• Strong understanding of business processes, operational workflows, and process enhancement initiatives.
• Experience supporting automation, reporting, and dashboard development initiatives.
• Hands-on experience monitoring operational KPIs, SLOs, quality metrics, and productivity reports.
• Ability to analyze dashboards and performance metrics to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
• Experience coordinating with geographically distributed teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
