About the role
Victoireus is looking for a Business Analyst / Product Owner with a strong background in the healthcare domain and hands-on EPIC experience.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams.
- Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog.
- Conduct business analysis to identify product improvements and innovation opportunities.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product strategies.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements-gathering sessions.
- Validate solutions and maintain stakeholder engagement.
- Monitor product performance and user feedback.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Provide leadership and guidance to Agile development teams.
Requirements
- Healthcare business analysis experience and healthcare IT domain expertise.
- Strong hands-on experience with EPIC systems.
- Experience with business requirements and user story development.
- Stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and product management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, IT, or a related field.
- 10–15 years of Business Analysis / Product Ownership experience.
- Proven product delivery and stakeholder management experience.
- Strong understanding of healthcare technology and industry trends.
- Preferred: other Healthcare IT systems, data analysis tools and techniques, HIPAA and HITECH knowledge, CSPO or Agile certifications, and UX design principles.
