Business Analyst Product Owner Healthcare

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Product Owner with a strong background in the Healthcare domain and hands-on EPIC experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams
• Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog
• Conduct business analysis to identify product improvements and innovation opportunities
• Translate business needs into clear and actionable user stories
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product strategies
• Facilitate workshops and requirements-gathering sessions
• Validate solutions and maintain stakeholder engagement
• Monitor product performance and user feedback
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
• Provide leadership and guidance to Agile development teams

Mandatory Skills:

• Data analysis tools and techniques
• HIPAA & HITECH knowledge
• CSPO or Agile certifications
• UX design principles

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, IT, or related field
• 10–15 years of Business Analysis / Product Ownership experience
• Proven product delivery and stakeholder management experience
• Strong understanding of healthcare technology and industry trends
