Business Analyst/Technical Analyst – Agentic AI

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Technical Analyst with a strong understanding of Agentic AI, Conversational AI, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications and supporting the delivery, testing, and optimization of AI-powered solutions for Customer Operations and AI Operations.

Tasks

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Translate Agentic AI, Conversational AI, and Dialogflow solution designs into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Support solution design, configuration, and testing on Google GECX Platform and GCP.
• Work with GCP services, including Cloud Run, Cloud Scheduler, and Secrets Manager.
• Support Python-based integrations and APIs using FastAPI and Flask.
• Review code logic, assist with integration testing, and identify technical gaps and risks.
• Analyze operational workflows and recommend AI-driven automation and process improvements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Technical Analysis.
• Experience with AI, cloud, or digital transformation projects, preferably in Customer Operations or AI Operations.
• Strong working knowledge of GCP services, including Cloud Run, Cloud Scheduler, and Secrets Manager.
• Familiarity with Google GECX Platform and Dialogflow AI solutions.
• Understanding of Agentic AI and Conversational AI technologies.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with API frameworks such as FastAPI and Flask.
• Knowledge of API integrations, technical documentation, requirements gathering, and integration testing.
