GOWTHAM SENTHILKUMAR is hiring a full-time Business Development Executive in Erode, Tamil Nadu, India. This on-site opportunity is for a motivated, results-driven professional who can expand market presence, develop client relationships, and support growth in the business management sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve individual and team targets.
• Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Coordinate with marketing on outreach strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Review market trends and customer needs, adapting sales strategies as needed.
• Track and report sales metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Management or a related field.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record in a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strategic planning and customer relationship management skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, including under pressure.
• CRM software and sales tracking experience preferred.
• One to three years of business development or sales experience preferred.

Team and Compensation

Report to the Sales Manager and collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams. This is a full-time, on-site position in Erode, Tamil Nadu, with pay of 22000 per month.
