Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our services and products.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries with accurate information about our offerings.
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and update the CRM database accordingly.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns to maximize conversion rates.
• Meet daily and monthly call targets while ensuring high-quality communication standards.
• Prepare reports on call activities and outcomes for management review.
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and enhance results.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in telecalling or sales roles is preferred but freshers are welcome.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Minimum 1 year of telecalling or related experience preferred.
