Job Description: Business Development Executive Miles2Go Consulting Services is seeking enthusiastic and goal-oriented Business Development Executives in Chennai, Tamil Nadu to drive new customer acquisition and wallet top-ups. This role involves direct engagement with potential customers through canopy setups, door-to-door activities, and society activations to expand our market presence. Key Responsibilities: Achieve daily targets for new customer acquisition and wallet top-ups. Set up canopies and standees at Reliance stores and gated societies to promote onboarding. Effectively communicate Milkbasket’s value proposition compared to competitors. Conduct door-to-door outreach to engage potential customers directly. Track and report onboarding performance daily and weekly, striving to exceed targets. Build and maintain positive relationships with society management for smooth activations. Collect and relay customer feedback and on-ground challenges for continuous improvement. Maintain a professional appearance and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills. Possess good knowledge of Chennai’s topography to plan efficient routes. Communicate fluently in the regional/local language and English/Hindi as required. Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong sales and customer engagement skills. Persuasive communication and negotiation abilities. Self-motivated with excellent planning skills. Prior experience in Sales or Business Development (6 months to 1+ years). Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass.
