Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through effective networking and relationship building. Conduct detailed market research to spot trends and customer needs to improve our service offerings. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients. Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns. Track, analyze sales data, and forecast future revenue to support business planning. Attend industry events and conferences to expand your network and gather market insights. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools. 1-3 years of experience in business development or related roles preferred. You will report directly to the Business Development Manager and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer service teams to achieve company goals. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, offering a competitive annual salary of ₹375,000.
