HR Executive – Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India

loganayaki is hiring a full-time HR Executive in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. Join a fast-paced, collaborative workplace where you will support organizational growth through recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and effective HR processes. This is an on-site position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, and selection.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring steps to provide a smooth candidate experience.
• Develop and implement onboarding programs that support new-hire integration and retention.
• Maintain employee records and prepare HR reports to identify workforce trends.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and help foster a positive work environment.
• Assist with HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
• Work with department heads to understand staffing needs and support workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with HR software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms.
• One to three years of experience in a similar role is preferred.

Compensation and Growth
